I am so happy to find the text to this out of print book about a true American Hero, a sorrel mare who endured combat in the Korean war making her Marines proud of her. It's a thrilling story and a tribute to the abilities and the heroism of the Marine Corps, to their compassion in war and in peace. I have always had the greatest admiration for the COrps and now it's even greater. As a lifelong horseman and trainer myself, I stand in awe of the Marines who trained this brave mare and all they with her accomplished. Ooh-Rah!
